REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Customers have 5 calendar days upon receiving an order to report a claim regarding any issues with their order. Please contact The Cookie Barn at firstname.lastname@example.org to report a claim. Upon receiving a claim The Cookie Barn will then determine if a refund will be issued. Customers may be asked to provide details (pictures, emails, documents, etc.) when reporting a claim. If it is determined that a refund is issued, customers can expect funds to be credited within 3-5 business days.
